Can you delete someone's TikTok account?

No. The delete control sits inside the account holder's own settings, behind their login, and nobody outside that login can reach it. TikTok itself can remove a profile, but it does that as enforcement, after a report or its own detection establishes a real breach of the rules or the law. Those two paths are not the same thing, and confusing them is why so many people spend weeks on the wrong task.

Build the case before you open the form. Moderators see a queue, not your history with this person, so a report that carries its own proof gets decided on the first pass instead of bouncing back for more information.

1. Decide what you are reporting: one post, a pattern of them, or a legal claim such as copyright, impersonation or privacy.
2. Capture evidence first. Screenshot the profile and each offending post with the URL and timestamp visible, and save the links in a plain list.
